We're thrilled for you to experience Active FiberShake and embrace our mission to #EatMoreFiber! We eagerly anticipate our nutritious shakes delighting your palate. If you receive your first order and find it's not to your liking, please send an email to hello@fibershake.com within 7 days of receipt.
Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:
Refunds are limited to a maximum of one (1) box per customer.
Orders placed using discounts, promotions, coupons, or special offers are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To process your request, we may ask for your order number and confirmation of purchase. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help answer questions or support you in finding the best way to enjoy activé FiberShake.
*The refund applies only to first-time purchases.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please contact us at active@activefibershake.us and we can help find an alternate solution!
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
