Warm Pear Crumble with Fiber - Recipe đđ„ź

1 serving of Winter Crumble FiberShake
250g oatmeal
1 pinch of salt
Cinnamon to taste (even tastier with a little gingerbread spice!)
1 teaspoon baking powder
about 1 kg (2 lbs) peeled, grated pears
2 eggs
about 1 dl almond milk or other milk
A handful of chopped walnuts (optional)Â
Preparation:
1. Grate the pear and squeeze out a little of the juice so that the dough is not too watery!
2. In a large bowl , mix together the dry ingredients:  oatmeal , Winter Crumble FiberShake , salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
3. Add the grated pear, eggs and  almond milk, then mix until smooth! Don't be alarmed, the dough will not have the consistency of a traditional cookie dough, but rather fruity and soft - that's exactly how it should be!
4. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and smooth the top.
5. Bake at 180°C until the top is nicely browned, then test with a skewer in the middle!
6. When ready, let it cool before slicing so it sets nicely!
7. The center stays slightly juicy with a soft, fudgy textureâthis is what makes it perfectly fragrant and delicious. đâš
