Soft Gingerbread FiberShake Cookies- Recipe 🎄🍪

Ingredients:

1 serving of Winter Cookie FiberShake

15 g oatmeal 

Cinnamon to taste (even tastier with a little gingerbread spice!) 

1 teaspoon baking powder 

1 egg 

1 medium banana

Preparation:

  1. Blend the banana with the egg! 
  2. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: oatmeal, Winter Cookie FiberShake , cinnamon, and baking powder. 
  3. Add the banana and egg to the dry ingredients, then mix until smooth! 
  4. Spoon onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper or into your airfryer basket! 
  5. Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes! 

 💡 +activé tip: After baking, spread with melted sugar-free chocolate or icing!🥰
